Internal check - quality management
Our company checks the quality of the delivered raw materials first. Thus we ensure that we use perfect materials only. Furthermore, we use different quality management procedures to check the quality:

Sample testing
Visual check
Dimension check
Polishing samples
Outgoing inspection

Additionally, we check the progress of every single order on a daily basis. Thus we ensure that your order is delivered in due time.

External check
Cast parts subject to documentation are externally checked by an independent laboratory. The following procedures are used:

Hardness test
Tensile tests
Crack detection
Chemical analyses / spectral analyses

The confirmation of the laboratory is stated in the company certificate und in the test certificate 3.1 according to DIN EN 10 204.
